Are you guys a fan of fancy desserts? Well, both of our mouths are, but both of our pockets are...not. Haha. But sometimes, we do spare some of our pocket money to try something new. Quality comes with price, doesn't it? So, nothing to lose!
Some times ago, we tried the infamous pannacotta in the town, Pannacotta Etc. It is located in Pacific Place. The place is not too big, but the interior is pretty lovely, didn't get the chance to take the picture because it was pretty crowded back then and we didn't want to harm others' privacy. Also, the lighting is a bit more yellowish there.
Please excuse out not-so-pretty-hand okay lol. Fyi, the meal that they sold is really only pannacotta, but I am not sure about the beverage though. So, we asked the staff there what were the recommended flavor. He said there were Baileys and Butterscotch. So we went with both of them.
The price for each pannacotta is IDR 30,000. Well, the portion is quite small actually. Moment of truth, we have never tried pannacotta before, but we fell in love instantly. The texture is smooth and it is soft but not as fragile as puddings. The taste is also good. It is sweet but not too sweet and both sauces complement the pannacotta very well. As for the sauce, the butterscotch one is thicker in terms of consistency and it was also our preference.
All in all, it was a pleasant visit to Pannacotta Etc. We can't wait to try out another flavor when we had the chance and possibly taste another pannacotta in town next time.
